Are your items authentic?
Yes — 100% authentic, always.
Every item is carefully sourced and undergoes a multi-step authentication process. Most items include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from a trusted third-party authenticator. Any item without a COA will clearly state so in the listing.

Where do you source your items?
We source from trusted secondary marketplaces, collectors, and reputable suppliers specializing in authentic designer goods. We do not sell replicas, inspired items, or “mirror” quality products.
Authenticity and condition transparency are our top priorities.
When do you ship?
We ship orders Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Orders placed before 12PM CST on shipping days will typically go out the same day. Orders placed after will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.
Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of luxury resale, all sales are final.
Before buying we provide you with detailed photos, condition descriptions, and measurements so you can purchase confidently. If you have questions before buying, please reach out — we’re happy to help.

What does “Pre-Loved” mean?
Most of our pieces are pre-owned and some are vintage. That means:
• Minor wear is normal
• Light scuffing, corner wear, or hardware patina may be present
• Signs of age are part of the charm - and sometimes even preferred!
We promise a full discloser of any and all visible flaws in product photos and descriptions. Please review carefully before purchasing.
Do items come with original boxes or dust bags?
Some do — some don’t.
Each listing will clearly state what is included (box, dust bag, authenticity card, COA, etc.).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout options available at checkout.
All payments are processed securely.
Can I request more photos or videos?
Absolutely. We want you to feel confident before purchasing.
Message us on Instagram or email us and we’ll gladly provide additional photos, videos, or close-ups.
Do you buy or accept consignments?
At this time, we focus on curated resale inventory. If you’re interested in selling a piece, contact us and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.

We are currently an online boutique only. This allows us to keep prices competitive and offer luxury within reach.
