Product Condition Levels

Here at The Luxe Vault Company we believe transparency for buyers is a non-negotiable, therefore we aim to provide you with as much information as we can prior to your decision. We use a 3-tier system to grade the condition of each item which is then prominently displayed on that product page. Any visible imperfections to our items help us determine the condition level and will always be disclosed in full prior to purchase along with photo verification. This ensures that the product you are seeing is the product you are getting!

The three tiers are broken down as follows:

Excellent

Lightly used but very well maintained with no holes or discoloration. No cracking/tears in corners, handles, or other leather parts. Fully functioning zipper and/or clasps. Minimal or no signs of scuffing on hardware. No odors or stains. Interior well intact (no stickiness, marks or peeling).

Good

Loved but still well maintained. May have slight visible signs of material wear or small tears on internal and/or external fabrics. May have discoloration, markings, or visible cracking on fabric, leather and/or hardware. Zippers or clasps are functional.

Fair

Very well loved and with signs of wear on external and/or internal fabrics. This could include discoloration, tears, fraying, or stains. Obvious signs of scuffing and/or damage to hardware. Cracking and/or peeling on leather parts.
