At The Luxe Vault Co., we specialize in curated, authentic, pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories. Due to the limited and often one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final.

Please review the full policy below carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

All handbags and accessories are sold as-is and are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Fit or size preference
  • Minor wear consistent with disclosed condition
  • Delayed delivery due to carrier

We provide detailed descriptions, condition ratings, measurements, and clear photographs so you can purchase confidently.

If you have questions prior to purchase, we encourage you to contact us.

 

Condition Disclosure

Many items sold are pre-owned or vintage and may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use.

We carefully disclose:

  • Visible flaws
  • Corner wear
  • Scratches or scuffs
  • Hardware wear
  • Interior condition

Normal wear consistent with a disclosed condition rating does not qualify for return.

 

Special Circumstances

While all sales are final, we may review special cases if:

  • The item received is materially different from the listing description
  • An undisclosed major defect is present
  • The incorrect item was shipped

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, with:

  • Clear photos
  • Description of the concern
  • Order number

Approved cases will be evaluated on an individual basis at our sole discretion.

 

Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell.

If and only if an item is proven inauthentic by a recognized third-party authentication service, we will provide a full refund upon return and verification.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received. If the returned item does not match documented photo conditions no refund will be processed.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Retain all packaging materials
  • Provide photos of packaging and damage

We ship insured and will assist with claims when applicable but will not provide refunds due to shipping.

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claims that do not align with our clearly stated final sale policy.
